Luca Cohen, a student at Hill Technical School, has finally made a breakthrough in controlled nuclear fusion through his hard work and determination. One day, he goes on a blind date for a classmate with a returning PhD graduate but faces cruel humiliation when she mocks his education and accuses him of falsely claiming to have achieved the breakthrough. In the process, she throws away Luca's notes filled with experimental data. Luckily, Juno Wood, the General of Americo, finds these papers and takes them to her grandfather, an academician at the Washingten Research Institute.
